What’s In My CSA Box? Episode 3

Happy Friday ya’ll!

It’s been a crazy (but good) week here at the TFD office (aka my home). Lots of new projects rolling in and lots of events and trips coming up which is going to make the month of October just FLY by. As a result, I probably won’t be able to blog as frequently as I have been lately but I promise to try to get on here at least a couple times per week. What's In My CSA Box?Today, I’m sharing my latest YouTube video in the What’s In My CSA Box series! This week we uncover the health benefits of eggplant, tomatoes, corn, collard greens, garlic, and watermelon and how you can utilize all of this produce in the kitchen and I’ll share some of my FAVE recipes that use these fruits and veggies. If you’re digging my videos, please show them some love on YouTube by giving it a thumbs up or leaving a comment. I SO appreciate all of your support.

I hope you have a nice weekend planned! I’m PSYCHED for a yoga workshop this Saturday that I’ve been dying to take but every time they hold it, it’s either sold out or I have another obligation. It’s a two-hour restorative yoga class with hands-on massage! Um yes, you heard right. YOGA + MASSAGE. Basically my two favorite stress management activities rolled into one. I cannot wait. And then Sunday I have a little surprise in store for Steve – it was his birthday yesterday but he’s been in Baltimore for work all week at Expo East and comes back Saturday night. And then the Buffalo Bills are playing the New England Patriots so we’ll be watching! And obviously rooting for the Bills. I may have lived in Boston for 10 years but I still have my roots to rep.

What are your weekend plans?!
