eggs and sour cream are not plant based foods… not sure why you have called these plant based when you use these items… No dairy, no animal protein, no oils refined sugars or processed foods… Sorry but your title is very misleading.
Hey Donna – so sorry you thought the title was misleading. I follow US News Report’s definition of plant-based eating: “an approach that emphasizes minimally processed foods from plants, with modest amounts of fish, lean meat and low-fat dairy, and red meat only sparingly.”
