Mindful Monday Video: How To Meditate for Beginners

Hey guys!

Hope ya’ll had a lovely weekend. I enjoyed baking my little heart making Easter bread and visiting my friend’s adorable two month old baby. The baby fever definitely spiked over the weekend.

Today, I’m back on the Tube for Mindful Monday to show you guys the type of meditation I learned in my meditation course that’s really useful when you’re first learning how to meditate.
