- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12–15 fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups milk (or non-dairy milk alternative)
- Optional: whipped cream and/or cacao nibs for garnish.
- Add all ingredients, in the order listed above, to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Serve cold.
