- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 small beet, chopped, frozen (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup vanilla Greek or Icelandic yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder or chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk beverage (or more depending on desired consistency)
- Optional toppings: strawberries, raspberries, coconut whipped cream, cacao nibs
- In a high speed blender, blend banana, beet, yogurt, cacao powder and coconut milk until smooth. Add more coconut milk as needed.
- Optional: Top with strawberries, raspberries, coconut whipped cream and/or cacao nibs.
