  • Yield: Serves one 1x


  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 small beet, chopped, frozen (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek or Icelandic yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk beverage (or more depending on desired consistency)
  • Optional toppings: strawberries, raspberries, coconut whipped cream, cacao nibs


  1. In a high speed blender, blend banana, beet, yogurt, cacao powder and coconut milk until smooth. Add more coconut milk as needed.
  2. Optional: Top with strawberries, raspberries, coconut whipped cream and/or cacao nibs.
