Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

  • Yield: One large bowl or two small bowls


  • 2 sliced frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Optional Toppings:


  1. Add bananas, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings as desired.
