- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 5 basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and toss together to combine and coat.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator and let reach room temperature before serving.
