Holiday DIY Gift: Herb Infused Vinegars


Ingredients

  • Dried herb of choice (I recommend lemon balm or sage)
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Vinegar bottles for storing

Instructions

  1. Fill bottles halfway with dried herb.
  2. Fill the remainder of the bottle with apple cider vinegar.
  3. Store for 2-4 weeks in a dark, cool place. Give a quick shake of the bottle daily.
  4. Strain vinegar. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

You can use other types of vinegar too such as red wine vinegar.
