- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 2 cups sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
- 1 tsp lemon balm vinegar (can substitute lemon juice)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tsp chopped fresh mint
- Combine radishes, snap peas, feta, and walnuts in a bowl.
- Add lemon balm vinegar, olive oil, and toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
