Sugar Snap Pea Radish and Feta Salad

  • Yield: 2-4 servings 1x


  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 tsp lemon balm vinegar (can substitute lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 2 tsp chopped fresh mint


  1. Combine radishes, snap peas, feta, and walnuts in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon balm vinegar, olive oil, and toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Optional: add fresh mint.
