Oh…and about that exciting news…I booked a trip to Ireland for June! I’ll have two weeks to play in Europe and plan to see Paris and one other place (maybe Barcelona?) while I’m there but am totally open to recommendations if you have any! I’m so psyched. I still have distant relatives in Ireland so I’m hoping to connect with them while I’m there!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day weekend, ya’ll! Any fun plans? Steve and I keep going back and forth debating do we attempt another skiing trip or stay home and cook Irish food…both sound pretty fabulous to me!

  3. Wow so many deliciously green recipes all in one place ;). Love it!! And How EXCITING!! I’ve never set foot in Europe so I can’t give you any recommendations, but I look forward to living vicariously through you (if you share that is hehe). Hope you have a lovely weekend!

  6. Such a beautiful round-up! Thanks so much for including my recipe 🙂 Your Irish stew is calling my name. I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about Ireland – exciting!! Have a great weekend!

  7. Sweet roundup (and congrats on being part of the Today irish soda bread round-up – whoot!!) And SOO cool about your trip. I know I recommended Florence as your 3rd stop but I also agree that Italy should be a separate trip (or several separate trips as I’m slowly working my way through that travel bucket list 🙂 Barcelona is also one of my fav European cities, too.

    • Thanks, Deanna!! I’m so excited about the trip. Yeah, I feel like I have way too much in Italy I want to see that I would need to spend a couple weeks there alone. I’ve heard lots of votes for Barcelona so that may have to be it! Thanks for your recos 🙂

  8. thanks for including us! All of these dishes look majorly delish!
