Are you overwhelmed by the idea of starting your own nutrition business and/or private practice and not sure where to begin?
Don’t worry, I was there too. I totally get it. It can be really daunting to think about taking the leap into nutrition entrepreneurism. But I don’t want to let that fear stop you. Because you have something valuable to offer up to the world.
Let me help coach you to getting a successful business off the ground.
Four years ago, I was laid off from a corporate job in the food industry. The planner and Type A part of me said to get another full-time job. But my heart and soul had other desires. At my core, I knew I wanted to start my own business so I could live and breathe authenticity in my professional life. So I took the leap into starting my own nutrition business and I’ve never looked back.
Today, I run a successful and profitable private practice and nutrition and culinary communications consulting business. I run a food and wellness blog, work with food brands on recipe development and spokesperson work, write for national online publications and speak at national and regional conferences.
But I didn’t get there overnight. I’ve learned SO much over the past four years and I want to be able to share that knowledge and those insights with you as you start your journey to being an entrepreneur.
